Payment methods

Paypal: You could pay by the credit card through Paypal. If you decide to pay by Paypal, keep us informed and we will send you the Paypal request.

Wire Transfer: You could pay by direct transfer. If you decide for this option we will send you an invoice with detailed information for a wire transfer  to our bank account.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the meeting or decide to cancel your registration, refunds we will be issued as follow:

Before April-10-2014: Full refund (100%) minus any transaction fee charged by a third party (PayPal or wire transfer fee)

Before May-10-2014: Partial Refund (80%) minus any transaction fee charged by a third party (PayPal or wire transfer fee)

Before May-25-2014: Partial Refund (50 %) minus any transaction fee charged by a third party (PayPal or wire transfer fee).

After May-25-2014. No refund will be issued. However, participants that for any reason are unable to attend the meeting but did not cancel the registration before May-25-2014 will be granted 50 % discount for the next meeting (for Option 1A).
